Dr. Constance Hicks was born in Maryland on Andrews Air Force Base, but grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2013 after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Tarleton State University.
Dr. Hicks believes in empowering her clients by educating them and providing focused preventative care. She understands that pets are more than family and deserve compassionate medical care no matter the circumstances. She is currently in the process of becoming a Fear-Free certified Veterinarian.
Dr. Hicks lives in Sachse with her husband, 2 cats, and a Shephard-mix named Autumn. Dr. Hicks dreams of having a farm of dogs one day when her husband agrees to it.
In her spare time, Dr. Hicks enjoys running and fitness, reading, church activities and hanging out with her two stepsons. She also enjoys advancing her knowledge of veterinary medicine by attending and listening to continuing education conferences, lectures and podcasts.
